You also agree that if a legal claim is filed after the required arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and other legal costs.

All content on this website including but not limited to text, photos, logos, graphics, kitten descriptions, breeding information, designs, and all other materials (collectively, the "Content") is owned by Jammin Rags and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited revocable license to view Content from the website for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use only.

You agree not to copy, duplicate, steal, modify, publish, display, distribute, reproduce, store, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Content without our prior written consent. This includes kitten photos, breeding program information, written content, and any other materials found on this website.

USER CONTENT AND LAWFUL USE OF THE WEBSITE

For any content or information that you submit to us through this website, including kitten applications, contact forms, or comments, you warrant that you are the owner of that content or have express permission to share it with us.

KITTEN SALES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT TERMS

All kitten sales are governed by the individual adoption contract signed between Jammin Rags and the adopting party at the time of purchase. The following general terms apply to all transactions:

Deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit secures your position on the waitlist or reserves a specific kitten. Deposits may be transferred to a future litter at Lynn's discretion but are not refunded if you choose not to proceed.

First Pick of the Litter add-on ($450) is non-refundable once applied to a litter.

Final payment is due at pickup. Remaining balance must be paid in full before the kitten leaves our home.

Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of deposit. We do not accept credit cards. Payment by cash, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer only.

All sales are final. Once a kitten has gone home, we do not offer refunds. However our health guarantee and right of return policy apply as outlined in the adoption contract.

Failure to complete payment or fulfill obligations under the adoption contract may result in forfeiture of your deposit and reservation.

ADOPTION CONTRACT TERMS

Every kitten placed from Jammin Rags is subject to a written adoption contract. By submitting a kitten application and placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or will review the adoption contract prior to finalizing your purchase. Key terms of the adoption contract include but are not limited to:

Kitten must be kept as an indoor-only cat

Pet kittens must be spayed or neutered by the age specified in the contract

Right of return: you agree to contact Jammin Rags before rehoming the cat under any circumstances

Vet appointment required within 3 to 5 days of bringing kitten home

Health guarantee terms as specified in the contract

The adoption contract constitutes the full and binding agreement between you and Jammin Rags regarding the specific kitten purchased and supersedes any prior verbal or written representations.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

Jammin Rags provides a health guarantee for congenital and hereditary conditions as outlined in the individual adoption contract. The guarantee requires that you take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 3 to 5 days of pickup to activate coverage. The health guarantee does not cover illness resulting from exposure to other animals, accidents, failure to vaccinate, or conditions unrelated to genetics. Full terms are specified in the adoption contract.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse, remove, or restrict access to our website, to decline a kitten application, or to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation by Jammin Rags without cause, any deposit paid may be refunded at our discretion.

JAMMIN RAGS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR CURRENCY OF THE CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE. JAMMIN RAGS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, IMPLIED AND EXPRESS, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Jammin Rags with respect to use of this website. For individual kitten purchases, the adoption contract constitutes the full and binding agreement specific to that transaction. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, discussions, or proposals whether electronic, oral, or written.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision is deemed omitted from this agreement. The remainder of the agreement remains in full force and effect.

MODIFICATIONS

Jammin Rags reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to revise these Terms and Conditions, modify this website or any services or products offered, or discontinue the website at any time. Any changes to these terms take effect immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions regularly and your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
